目的:评估台州市基本公共卫生服务项目实施现状,分析存在问题,提出对策,为今后进一步规范开展项目工作提供科学依据。方法:基于以往研究、实地现场调研等形式对台州市基本公共卫生服务项目实施现状进行综合评估,结合个人深入访谈等方法对进一步优化项目提出合理化建议。结果:台州市基本公共卫生服务项目工作起步早,通过完善工作机制、强化管理职能、加大财政投入、加快信息化建设和规范项目运行,全市项目工作稳步推进,取得明显成效,但在资金管理、项目管理、项目执行和信息化建设方面仍存在不少薄弱环节。结论:进一步加强领导,完善工作机制,加大财政保障力度,规范项目管理,提升服务效果。
Objective: To evaluate the status quo of the implementation of basic public health service projects in Taizhou, analyze the existing problems and put forward countermeasures to provide scientific basis for further standardizing the project work in the future. Methods: Based on past research, field investigation and other forms, we conducted a comprehensive assessment of the status quo of the implementation of basic public health service projects in Taizhou and put forward reasonable suggestions for further optimization projects based on personal in-depth interviews. Results: The basic public health service project started its work early in Taizhou. Through perfecting the working mechanism, strengthening the management function, increasing the financial input, speeding up the informatization construction and standardizing the operation of the project, the work of the city’s project progressed steadily and achieved remarkable results. However, , There are still many weak links in project management, project implementation and information construction. Conclusion: To further strengthen leadership, improve the working mechanism, increase financial support, standardize project management and improve service effectiveness.
