“走园”实践教学模式是基于幼儿园教师专业养成需要,将学生在学校的理论学习和在幼儿园的实践有机结合起来的一种实践教学模式。“走园”实践教学模式的构建包括时间、内容、条件和环境四个维度。构建“走园”实践教学模式,需要建设实践教学基地,开发课程教学模块,建设教学指导团队,加强过程管理。构建“走园”实践教学模式,能够促进学前教育专业教师、学生和幼儿园教师的专业发展,实现幼儿园与学前教育专业的共赢。
“Walking Park ” practice teaching mode is based on the needs of nursery teachers to develop professional, students in school theory and practice in kindergarten a practical teaching mode. “Walk Park ” practice teaching mode construction includes four dimensions of time, content, condition and environment. In order to construct a practice teaching mode of “taking the garden”, we need to build a practical teaching base, develop the teaching modules of the courses, build the teaching guidance team and strengthen the process management. The construction of “walking park” practical teaching mode can promote the professional development of pre-school teachers, students and kindergarten teachers and realize the win-win situation between kindergarten and preschool education.
