公共就业服务机构建设在当前中国就业再就业工作中占据着非常重要的位置,各级政府与劳动保障部门对此项工作也予以高度重视。但在实际工作中,如何建设完善的公共就业服务机构,并使之在就业促进工作中充分发挥作用,各地有着不同的做法,取得的成就也不尽相同,且在不同程度上存在着若干方面的问题。近日,湖北省劳动保障部与编办、财政厅联合下发了《关于进一步加强县以上公共就业服务机构建设的通知》,就目前公共就业服务机构性质不明确,名称不统一、经费不落实、编制不够等方面的问题,作出了详细的规定。此举在全国范围内尚属首家,颇具借鉴意义。本刊特予刊发,借大家参考。
