目的了解成都市狂犬病免疫预防门诊卫生人力资源现状和特点,为优化狂犬病免疫预防门诊卫生技术人员建设提供参考依据。方法采用定量和定性调查相结合的方法,对成都市21个狂犬病免疫预防门诊的163名在岗医务人员进行问卷调查,并对60名医务人员进行个人深入访谈定性调查。结果年龄以中青年为主;男女性别所占比例分别为42.3%和57.7%;学历以大专为主占41.1%;职称以初级为主,占40.5%,无职称人员占23.3%;具有犬伤处置培训合格证的人员有89人,占54.6%,持有法定执业资格的有147人,占90.2%;区级门诊犬伤处置培训合格证和法定资质证持有率最多,市级门诊最少。结论成都市主城区狂犬病免疫预防门诊卫生人力资源配置状况和专业素质需要改善。应加强人力资源规划,建立合理的人员结构,增强工作人员稳定性;建立规范化专业培训制度,通过多种途径提高医务人员的专业技能和学历层次,培养高级人才,以促进狂犬病防控事业的发展。
Objective To understand the current status and characteristics of health human resources in rabies immunization outpatient in Chengdu and provide reference for optimizing the construction of health technicians in rabies immunization outpatient clinics. Methods A total of 163 on-the-job medical staffs from 21 rabies immunization prevention clinics in Chengdu were surveyed by quantitative and qualitative methods. Qualitative investigation was conducted on 60 medical staffs through personal in-depth interviews. Results The age was dominated by middle-aged and young people. The proportions of male and female were 42.3% and 57.7% respectively. The academic background mainly consisted of junior college students, accounting for 40.5% of the total, and 23.3% There are 89 personnel who handle training certificate, accounting for 54.6% of the total. There are 147 persons who hold statutory practice qualification, accounting for 90.2% of the total. Training attendance certificates and statutory qualification certificates of district out-patient dog’s wounds treatment are the most, . Conclusion The health human resources allocation and professional qualities of rabies immunization outpatient clinics in the main urban area of Chengdu need improvement. Human resources planning should be strengthened, a reasonable staffing structure should be established, and the stability of staff should be strengthened. A standardized professional training system should be set up to improve the professional skills and educational level of medical personnel through various channels so as to train senior personnel to promote the development of rabies prevention and control. .
