智能视频分析技术从20世纪90年代初开始出现,到现在经过了几个阶段的发展已逐步趋于成熟,其中技术发展一直走在前列的要属美国、英国和以色列。在几年前智能视频分析还是安防界的神秘宠儿,安防同仁对其知之甚少,几年以来,随着国内各类展会的大力宣传,特别是在国内一些重大工程上的应用,人们逐渐揭开它神秘的面纱,现在国内一些对安保要求较高的环境都会优先采用智能分析产品。当前简单的视频保存和播放已经不能满足当前人
