本文通过绿肥在淹水培养条件下的矿化试验,证实了滩水条件下矿化出的铵可以迅速地直接进入2:1型粘土矿物晶层内部而被“固定”.其固定量多少受质地、粘土矿物组成、石灰反应等多种因素影响.在施入含氮量较高的绿肥时,矿化生成的铵有10~35%以上被矿物所固定,从而起到了较好的保肥作用.在进行土壤氮素矿化及土壤供氮量的预测时,如不考虑该组分氮,则会导致错误的结论.
