中国是人工酿酒最早的国家,酒文化历史源远流长。早在新时器时代晚期的龙山文化遗址中,就曾发现过很多陶制酒器。最早的文字记载见于《战国策·魏策二》:“昔者帝女令仪狄作酒,进之禹,禹饮而甘之。”这是世界酿酒最早的文字记载。《世本》记载“杜康造酒。”杜康即少康,是夏朝第五代国君。以上资料表明,在四千多年前的夏代,酿酒业已发展到一定水平。最早的酒首先是作为药用的,然后才成为饮料,它是“医”字的来源。所以酒问世以后,我们的祖先制备了各种各样的药酒。传统的制备方法是选配适当中
