用间接免疫荧光法对７６例肾移植术后１０个月内的病人外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群进行了监测，发现该组病人外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群发生了明显的变化，为早期诊断急性排斥提供了依据。
Indirect immunofluorescence method was used to monitor the T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of 76 patients within 10 months after renal transplantation. It was found that T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of patients in this group had obvious changes, Exclusion provides the basis.
