以7个砧木嫁接的赤霞珠和自根为材料,研究不同砧木对河北昌黎产区赤霞珠葡萄生长、结果和品质的影响.结果表明:5C和5BB显著提高赤霞珠主干粗度,5C显著提高赤霞珠主梢粗度;188-08、5BB和5C显著提高赤霞珠可溶性固形物含量,188-08和5BB显著提高还原糖含量;101-14M和3309C显著降低可滴定酸含量,5C和101-14M显著提高果皮多酚和花青素含量,101-14M显著提高果皮单宁含量;3309C、110R、5C和101-14M显著提高赤霞珠单株产量.采用模糊评价法综合评价7个砧木对赤霞珠生长、品质和产量等因子的影响,在河北昌黎地区独特的气候和环境条件下,7种砧木嫁接赤霞珠的综合评价均优于自根,适宜砧木顺序依次为5C、101-14M、3309C、5BB、188-08、110R、SO4.
The effects of different rootstocks on the growth, quality and quality of Cabernet Sauvignon in Changli producing area were studied by using seven rootstock-grafted Cabernet Sauvignon and self-root.The results showed that 5C and 5BB significantly increased the main stem diameter, 5C significantly increased the diameter of the main shoots of Cabernet Sauvignon; 188-08, 5BB and 5C significantly increased the soluble solids content of Cabernet Sauvignon, 188-08 and 5BB significantly increased the content of reducing sugar; 101-14M and 3309C significantly reduced the titratable acid content , 5C and 101-14M significantly increased peel polyphenols and anthocyanin content, 101-14M significantly increased pericarp tannin content; 3309C, 110R, 5C and 101-14M significantly increased the yield per plant of Cabernet Sauvignon. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation The effects of seven rootstocks on the growth, quality and yield of Cabernet Sauvignon were evaluated. Under the unique climatic and environmental conditions in Changli of Hebei Province, the comprehensive evaluation of seven rootstocks grafted with Cabernet Sauvignon was better than that of self-root, 5C, 101-14M, 3309C, 5BB, 188-08, 110R, SO4.
