通过细菌培养检测了不同γ线辐照剂量对骨形成蛋白(BMP)的消毒灭菌效果,同时应用异位埋植组织学方法观察了BMP诱骨活性的保持情况,并与常规应用的消毒方法进行了比较。结果显示8000~10000Gy的辐射剂量不仅能满足消毒灭菌的要求,而且BMP均能继续行使诱骨生长的功能,为临床实际应用时的选择提供了新的方法和参考依据。
