在清洁度管理方面发挥 威力的LRC装置 油压系统发生故障的原因70%在于动力油,而其中的80%又是由动力油中的灰尘等污染物造成的。为了解决动力油清洁度的管理问题,新日铁Technos公司推出了 LRC(Liquid Reconditionor)装置。 LRC的原理与特征如下: 1.可以除去胶状劣化生成物,确保透明度。 通过控制带有液体劣化生成物的Z电势,凝集扩大微细的胶状劣化生成物并进行静电吸附,从而可确保液体的透明度。 2.由于可把凝集扩大的劣化生成物的大部分吸附在过滤元件的外部并除掉,故应该除去的劣化生成物的数量虽然很大,但不会形成堵塞现象,过滤元件的寿命很长。
