职业道德的学习特别强调学习者自身的作用,以学习者自觉、自发地进行职业道德学习为出发点,实现职业道德教育从“教”向“学”的转轨。本文通过对笔者所在学院高职生的问卷调查来研究高职生职业道德学习的机制,为提高职业道德教育的实效性提供实证材料、为突破高职职业道德教育的困境提供借鉴和思考。
The study of professional ethics emphasizes on the role of learners themselves. Starting from learner ’s conscious and spontaneous occupation morality learning, the transformation of professional ethics education from “teaching” to “learning” is realized. This paper studies the mechanism of vocational morality learning in higher vocational college by questionnaire survey of the higher vocational college students in our college, provides empirical material for improving the effectiveness of professional moral education, and provides reference and thinking for breaking the plight of vocational moral education in higher vocational colleges.
