所谓学习动机,是对学生的学习起推动作用的心理因素,是直接推动学生进行学习活动的内部动力,是人们对学习的一种心理需要。学习动机的培养就是从无到有的过程,实质就是心理需要唤起和形成的过程,也是需要和目标相联系的过程。独立学院英语专业学生专业基础差、学习兴趣不浓、学习方法不当等因素直接导致听力学习动机差。本文用问卷法和抽样法等手段对吉林建筑工程学院城建学院英语专业大一、大二年级80位学生的听力学习动机进行了随机调查,并针对调查结果提出了在教学中教师通过模拟场景、创造性地使用教材、及时反馈等手段激发学习兴趣和成就感,调动学生的积极性,提高学生参与听说的动机,从而有效地提高听力课堂的教学质量和学生听力的理解能力。
The so-called learning motivation is a psychological factor that promotes students ’learning. It is an internal motivation that directly promotes students’ learning activities and is a psychological need for people to learn. Learning motivation is the process from scratch, in essence, is the process of psychological needs to evolve and form, but also need to be linked with the goal of the process. Independent college English majors poor professional foundation, lack of interest in learning, improper learning methods and other factors directly lead to poor learning motivation. In this paper, questionnaires and sampling methods and other means of urban construction college in Jilin College of English major freshmen, sophomore year 80 students’ listening motivation random survey, and for the survey results proposed in the teaching of teachers through the simulation of the scene, Creative use of teaching materials, timely feedback and other means to stimulate interest in learning and achievement, to mobilize the enthusiasm of students and improve students ’motivation to participate in listening and speaking, so as to effectively improve the teaching quality of listening class and students’ listening comprehension.
