目的探讨1800MHz电磁波辐射出生前暴露对子代大鼠海马脑区超微结构的影响。方法90只Wistar大鼠(雌∶雄为2∶1)合笼,怀孕后孕鼠暴露,并设置相同数量的对照。暴露组大鼠在功率密度分别为0.5和1.0mW/cm2的1800MHz连续电磁场条件下照射;对照组进行虚拟暴露,每天12h,连续照射21d。随机抽取各组出生后3、72d仔鼠3只,制备大脑切片,观察超微结构。结果仔鼠海马脑区神经细胞和毛细血管未见异常,有些暴露组仔鼠海马脑区毛细血管周围轻微水肿,但也见于对照组的部分大鼠。全部切片未见神经细胞凋亡、坏死等病变。结论1800MHz电磁波辐射出生前暴露未对子代大鼠海马脑区超微结构产生异常影响。
Objective To investigate the effects of prenatal exposure to 1800 MHz electromagnetic radiation on the ultrastructure of hippocampus in offspring rats. Methods Ninety Wistar rats (female: male, 2: 1) were caged and pregnant rats were exposed after pregnancy with the same number of controls. Rats in the exposed group were exposed to continuous electromagnetic field of 1800MHz with power densities of 0.5 and 1.0mW / cm2, respectively. The control group was exposed for 12h and irradiated continuously for 21 days. Three randomly selected 3,72 d pups after birth were sacrificed to prepare brain slices and observe the ultrastructure. Results There were no abnormalities in the hippocampal neurons and capillaries in the offspring rats. In some of the exposed groups, there was slight edema around the capillaries in the hippocampus but also in some rats in the control group. No nerve cell apoptosis in all sections, necrosis and other lesions. Conclusion The prenatal exposure to 1800 MHz electromagnetic radiation did not affect the ultrastructure of the hippocampus in the offspring rats.
