案例42004年9月,福州市的王女士花了21万多元,向福州市仓山区城市建设综合开发公司购买了位于仓山区同善小区的一套87平方米的商品房。双方合同约定,1年内开发商办理好商品房产权证以及土地使用证。但是房屋购买1年内,开发商并未按时办理“两证”。后来据知,在2008年开发商向相关部门报备时,却将其购买的商品房报备成安置房,导致其房屋“两证”无法办理。
Case 42004 in September, Fuzhou Wang spent more than 21 million yuan to Cangshan District of Fuzhou City Urban Development Comprehensive Development Corporation bought in Cangshan District with a good plot of 87 square meters of commercial housing. The two sides agreed on contracts, developers within 1 year for good real estate property rights certificates and land use permits. However, within 1 year of house purchase, the developer did not handle the “two certificates” on time. Later, it is learned that in 2008, developers reported to the relevant departments, but the purchase of real estate purchased into a resettlement housing, resulting in its housing “two permits ” can not handle.
