目的观察中药穴位贴敷联合顺尔宁治疗小儿慢性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法 50例肺虚邪恋型慢性咳嗽患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组25例采用中药穴位贴敷联合顺尔宁治疗,对照组25例采用顺尔宁治疗,两组均以2周为1疗程。结果治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为96.00%、80.00%,两组之间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中药穴位贴敷联合顺尔宁对慢性咳嗽(肺虚邪恋型)疗效显著,简便易行,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint sticking combined with cis-ning in the treatment of children with chronic cough. Methods Fifty cases of chronic cough with deficiency of lung-yang and evil-loving type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 25 cases in treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint sticking combined with Salbutamol, while 25 cases in control group were treated with cisplatin, 2 weeks for a course of treatment. Results The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 96.00% and 80.00%, respectively, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Chinese medicine acupoint sticking combined with Shunrun obvious effect on chronic cough (lung deficiency evil type), simple and easy, worthy of clinical promotion.
