本文对缺碘饮食喂养12周大鼠的甲状腺进行了组织学观察,并应用MIAS-300型图像分析系统对甲状腺滤泡、滤泡腔以及滤泡上皮细胞进行了体视学指标的测量,并与对照组进行了比较分析。结果表明,缺碘组大鼠甲状腺明显肿大,其重量约为对照组的5倍;甲状腺呈弥漫性增生性甲状腺肿改变,表现为小滤泡性增生,上皮细胞增生肥大。体视学参数测量结果表明,缺碘组甲状腺滤泡及滤泡腔的平均体积(V)和平均表面积(S)均明显低于对照组;而数密度(Nv)及比表面(S/V)明显高于对照组;体积密度(Vv)和表面积密度(Sv)也发生不同程度变化;滤泡上皮细胞的截面积显著大于对照组。上述体视学测量结果以定量数据佐证了缺碘性甲状腺肿的形态学变化
In this paper, the thyroid gland of 12-week-old rats fed iodine-deficient diet was observed histologically and the stereological indexes of thyroid follicles, follicular cavities and follicular epithelial cells were measured by MIAS-300 image analysis system Comparative analysis with the control group. The results showed that the thyroid gland was obviously enlarged in iodine deficiency group and its weight was about 5 times that of the control group. The thyroid gland was diffuse hyperplastic goiter, showing small follicular hyperplasia and hypertrophy of epithelial cells. The measurement of stereological parameters showed that the average volume (V) and average surface area (S) of thyroid follicles and follicular cavities in iodine deficiency group were significantly lower than those in control group; while the numbers density (Nv) and specific surface area ) Was significantly higher than that of the control group; Vv and Sv also changed to different degrees; the area of follicular epithelial cells was significantly larger than that of the control group.
