目的研究5脂氧合酶(5-LOX)在胰腺癌中的表达及其与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的关系。方法用RT-PCR检测5-LOX mRNA和VEGFmRNA在3 5例胰腺癌新鲜组织中的表达。结果5-LOX mRNA和VEGFmRNA在胰腺癌组织中的表达率分别为7 4.3%及6 0%,均与胰腺癌的临床分期有关;VEGF还与胰腺癌的分化程度有关。5-LOX mRNA和VEGF有协同作用(P<0.0 5),呈密切正相关(r(0.5 3 5,P<0.0 1)。III~IV期5-LOX mRNA表达明显高于I~II期(P<0.0 5)。结论5-LOX mRNA和VEGFmRNA在胰腺癌中表达增高,与临床分期有关。5-LOX mRNA和VEGF mRNA表达呈正相关。
Objective To study the expression of 5-LOX in pancreatic cancer and its relationship with vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). Methods RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of 5-LOX mRNA and VEGF mRNA in 35 pancreatic cancer fresh tissues. Results The expression rates of 5-LOX mRNA and VEGF mRNA in pancreatic cancer tissues were 73.3% and 60.0%, respectively, which were all related to the clinical stage of pancreatic cancer. VEGF also correlated with the degree of differentiation of pancreatic cancer. There was a positive correlation between 5-LOX mRNA and VEGF (P <0.05), and there was a positive correlation between 5-LOX mRNA and VEGF (r (0.53 5, P <0.01) P <0.0 5) .Conclusion The expression of 5-LOX mRNA and VEGF mRNA is increased in pancreatic cancer, which is related to the clinical stage.5-LOX mRNA and VEGF mRNA expression are positively correlated.
