导爆索是一种用途广泛的起爆材料,各种爆破作业均宜选取。既可用于起爆网路,也能用在预裂炮孔中;与继爆管配合时组成微差起爆材料;还常与导爆管起爆网路同时使用。我国生产的工业棉纱导爆索,需要消耗大量棉纱,抗水防潮性能欠佳,生产成本较高,品种也少。为此,我们对塑料导爆索、高速导爆索、低能导爆索、匹配索(速)等类型导爆索进行了研究。并先后与青龙山白云石矿、湘南器材厂等单位合作,使塑料导爆索经过产品鉴定定型,投入生产。本文仅对新类型的塑料导爆索作一介绍,并着重阐明它与工业棉纱导爆索的异同之处。(一)结构比较塑料导爆索以纸包药,两层塑料带从左右方向缠绕在纸上,外敷薄壁塑料。其结构如图所示。

This article only introduces a new type of plastic detonating cord, and focuses on the similarities and differences between it and industrial cotton yarn detonating cord.
