岗位绩效工资考核制度应用在我国事业单位工资制度中已经有了很多年的应用基础,这种工资制度的改革已经对于我国事业单位有着很大的改善作用。绩效工资制度是我国全额拨款事业单位收入分配的主要管理制度,而且绩效工资制度又对全额拨款事业单位管理的管理有很大的影响,因此合理的绩效考核制度是管理事业单位的关键。
The system of job performance appraisal has been applied for many years in the wage system of public institutions in our country. The performance pay system is the main management system of the income distribution of the fully funded public institutions in our country, and the performance pay system has a great influence on the management of the fully funded public institutions. Therefore, a reasonable performance evaluation system is the key to the management of public institutions.
