目的了解山东省鲁西南地区淡色库蚊对5种常用化学杀虫剂的抗性状况,为合理有效地进行蚊虫化学防治提供依据。方法采用WHO生物测定方法,测定淡色库蚊敏感品系和现场种群对5种杀虫剂的抗性。结果 5个现场淡色库蚊种群对DDVP、残杀威、三氯杀虫酯、氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯的抗性指数分别为4.85~12.35、1.52~5.14、0.05~4.24、28.35~428.9、64.00~263.32倍。结论经过长期的化学防治,鲁西南地区淡色库蚊对5种常用化学杀虫剂均产生不同程度的抗药性,应采取适当措施克服或延缓蚊虫抗药性的产生和发展。
Objective To understand the resistance status of Culex pipiens pallens to five kinds of commonly used chemical insecticides in the southwestern Shandong Province and provide the basis for the rational and effective chemical control of mosquitoes. Methods The WHO bioassay method was used to determine the resistance of five susceptible strains of Culex pipiens pallens susceptible strain and field population. Results The resistance indexes of DDVP, Propoxur, Trichlorfon, Cypermethrin and Deltamethrin in 5 populations of Culex pipiens pallens were 4.85-12.35, 1.52-5.14, 0.05-4.42, 28.35-428.9, 64.00 ~ 263.32 times. Conclusion After long-term chemical control, Culex pipiens pallens in the southwestern region of China produced different levels of resistance to five commonly used chemical pesticides. Appropriate measures should be taken to overcome or delay the emergence and development of mosquito resistance.
