民用航空运输作为一种现代的交通运输方式,在国家经济、社会发展和对外开放中发挥着越来越巨大的作用。新中国成立以来,国内民用航空运输业在曲折中不断发展壮大,在社会经济发展中发挥着举足轻重的作用。从国民经济角度来看,民用航空运输是国民经济其他生产部门正常运行、协调发展的重要保障,是现代社会化大生产高效率的重要条件,也是使社会再生产得以延续的不可缺少的基本环节,尤其在当今国际化程度越来越高的时代,民用航空运输业发挥着不可低估的作用。
As a modern means of transportation, civil aviation transport plays an increasingly important role in the national economy, social development and opening to the outside world. Since the founding of New China, the domestic civil air transport industry has continuously developed and expanded in the course of twists and turns and played a decisive role in the social and economic development. From the perspective of national economy, civil aviation transportation is an important guarantee for the normal operation and coordinated development of other production sectors in the national economy. It is an important condition for the high efficiency of modern socialized mass production and an indispensable basic link for the continuation of social reproduction. Especially in the current era of increasing internationalization, the civil air transport industry can not be underestimated.
