今年是《中华人民共和国渔业法》实施十周年,《渔业法》的颁布实施是我国渔业发展史上的一个里程碑。十年来,我国的渔业法制建设取得了显著成效,开始走上了“依法治渔、以法兴渔”的轨道,为我国渔业快速、健康发展起到了保驾护航的作用。各地通过广泛深入的宣传,使广大干部、群众的法制观念和法律意识不断提高,依法生产,遵守《渔业法》,逐步成为人们的共识。但同时,随着我国改革的不断深入,渔业管理工作面临许多新情况、新问题,渔业法制建设的任务仍然十分艰巨。
This year marks the 10th anniversary of the implementation of the Fisheries Law of the People’s Republic of China. The promulgation and implementation of the Fisheries Law is a milestone in the history of fishery development in our country. In the past ten years, China’s fishery legal system has achieved remarkable results. It has embarked on the path of “governing fishery by law and fishing by law and law,” and has played a role in providing escort for the rapid and healthy development of China’s fisheries. Through extensive and in-depth publicity throughout the country, the general concept of legal system and legal awareness of the masses of cadres and the masses has been continuously raised. Production and compliance with the Fisheries Law have been followed in accordance with the law and people’s consensus has gradually been reached. However, at the same time, with the deepening of the reform in our country, many new situations and problems are facing fishery management. The task of building a fishery legal system is still arduous.
