研究钾长石矿热分解过程 ,对钾长石 - Ca SO4 - Ca O体系进行热力学分析 ,计算各反应在 1 2 0 0 K、1 60 0 K的 Δ G°T。研究焙烧温度、停留时间和物料配比对钾长石体系热分解为水溶性 K2 SO4 的影响 ,得出最佳操作条件 ,添加 2 #助剂 2 .5% ( wt) ,配料比 m(钾长石 )∶ m(二水石膏 )∶ m(石灰石 ) =1∶ 0 .39∶ 3,在 90 0℃下反应 3h,钾得率可达约 93%。研究四级逆流水浸的工艺条件并建立了用钾长石制硫酸钾的工艺流程。
The thermal decomposition process of potash feldspar ore was studied. The thermodynamic analysis of K - feldspar - Ca SO4 - CaO system was carried out. The ΔG ° T of each reaction was calculated at 1 200 K and 160 K. The effects of calcination temperature, residence time and material ratio on the thermal decomposition of potassium feldspar system to water-soluble K2 SO4 were studied. The optimum operating conditions were obtained. Adding 2 # adjuvant 2.5% (wt) Feldspar): m (dihydrate gypsum): m (limestone) = 1: 0.39: 3, the reaction at 90 0 ℃ 3h, the yield of potassium up to about 93%. The technological conditions of the four-stage countercurrent flooding were studied and the technological process of potassium sulfate production by potassium feldspar was established.
