目的观察心理护理干预对多瑞吉治疗老年癌性疼痛疗效的影响。方法选取2013年1月至2014年10月间收治的晚期恶性肿瘤患者104例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(54例)和对照组(50例)。两组患者均给予多瑞吉止痛治疗。观察组患者在常规护理方案的基础上给予心理干预,对照组患者仅给予常规护理方案。观察并比较两组患者治疗12 h后,疼痛缓解情况以及治疗后6d生活质量和不良反应等。结果治疗12 h后,观察组患者疼痛完全缓解38例(70.4%),总缓解54例(100.0%);对照组患者疼痛完全缓解25例(50.0%),总缓解43例(86.0%),两组患者疼痛完全缓解率、总缓解率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后6d,两组患者生活质量在疼痛强度、食欲、睡眠、情绪4个维度均有改善,与同组治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P>0.05),且观察组患者各维度改善更明显,与对照组治疗后比较,差异均有统计学差异(均P>0.05);观察组患者不良反应较少。结论心理护理干预可增强多瑞吉对老年癌性疼痛镇痛力度,有助于改善患者生活质量、减少不良反应,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the efficacy of Doric in treating elderly patients with cancer pain. Methods 104 patients with advanced malignant tumors who were admitted between January 2013 and October 2014 were divided into observation group (54 cases) and control group (50 cases) according to random number table. Two groups of patients were given DuRuiJi pain treatment. Patients in observation group were given psychological intervention on the basis of routine nursing program, while those in control group were only given routine nursing program. Observed and compared the two groups of patients after treatment for 12 h, the pain relief and 6d after treatment quality of life and adverse reactions. Results After 12 hours of treatment, pain relief was observed in 38 cases (70.4%) in the observation group and 54 cases (100.0%) in the control group. Twenty-five patients (50.0%) were relieved of pain and 43 patients (86.0% The pain relief rate and total remission rate of the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). After 6 days of treatment, the quality of life of the two groups improved in four dimensions of pain intensity, appetite, sleep and mood, The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (all P> 0.05), and the dimensions in the observation group improved more obviously than those in the control group after treatment Adverse reactions were less in the group. Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can enhance Doric’s analgesic effect on elderly cancerous pain, improve the quality of life of patients and reduce adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
