高层管理支持对信息系统的成功有着决定性的影响。然而,尽管前期相关研究不少,但对高管支持的理解并不系统,甚至对“高层管理”所指对象都不清晰,缺乏理论框架。因此导致实证文献的可比度较低,实践者无从吸收研究成果。针对以上问题,本文基于发表在重要国际学术期刊的前期研究,重新定义了高管支持概念及其六个维度,并探讨未来研究方向。
Top management support has a decisive impact on the success of an information system. However, although there are a lot of related researches in the early stage, the understanding of senior management is not systematic and even the object of “senior management” is not clear and the theoretical framework is lacking. As a result, the comparability of empirical literature is low, and practitioners can not absorb the research results. In view of the above problems, based on the previous studies published in major international academic journals, this paper redefined the concept of executive support and its six dimensions and explored future research directions.
