版画艺术家闫辉1977年出生于内蒙古。1993年入读中央美院附中;1997年就读中央美术学院版画系:2002年清华大学美术学院绘画系攻读硕士:2009年任教清华美院绘画系至今。人类的自由,尤其精神的自由,历来是无数先哲穷毕生之心力研讨其奥义的永恒命题,凡夫们在琐碎繁难的生活迫压之下,也会本能地寻求它们的存在,以祈求某种形式的超越与解脱。生活在狭窄的盒子楼中,吐纳着污浊工业废气的现代人,在各种人际关系中纠缠,在无数欲望的诱惑中挣扎,心中挂碍累累,毫无自在可言。尤其在当下中国,人心普遍缺乏信仰的支撑,道德滑坡污似魔界的颠倒乱相,会驱使每个人都会追问自己:我们如何去浊自清?何以自在无碍?不甘心灵蒙垢、觉知尚存的每一个个体,一定会以自己的方式,自觉或不自觉地在尝试解决这个逼人
Print artist Yan Hui was born in 1977 in Inner Mongolia.
