去年,我欣喜有机会到位于南海北部湾之滨的红江农场柑、橙园去了一趟。虽逗留时间不长,却给我留下了深刻的印象。这个果园,面积有4,700多亩。一棵棵柑、橙树,在工人们的辛勤管理下,枝繁叶茂,郁郁葱葱,生机勃勃,充满活力。来到这空气清新、环境幽静的果园,犹如在一片绿色的海洋里漫游。我一边放眼领略柔媚多姿的秀丽风光,一边侧耳细听场党委书记介绍该场实行“专业承包、责任到人、联产计酬、工资浮动”后的喜人变化。他说:“农场过去吃大锅饭,搞平均主义,生产成果和职工经济利益不挂钩,种柑、橙常常是‘一年种,二年黄(病),三年进伙房(烧)’。如
