目的 探讨全反式维甲酸对大鼠C6脑胶质瘤的诱导分化效应及其机制。方法 建立大鼠 C6脑胶质瘤模型,腹腔注射全反式维甲酸后,MRI检测胶质瘤的体积变化及流式细胞仪检测细胞增殖时相变化。结果 治疗组较对照组MRI检测显示肿瘤体积减小(P<0.05 ),流式细胞仪检测显示G1期细胞比例增加(P<0.05),S期细胞比例减少 (P<0.05)。结论 全反式维甲酸可诱导C6胶质瘤分化,显著抑制胶质瘤细胞增殖,且其机制与改变细胞周期有关。
Objective To investigate the effect of all-trans retinoic acid on differentiation and differentiation of rat C6 glioma and its mechanism. Methods The rat model of C6 glioma was established. The volume of glioma was detected by MRI after intraperitoneal injection of all-trans retinoic acid. The phase changes of cells were detected by flow cytometry. Results Compared with the control group, the MRI examination showed that the tumor volume was reduced in the treatment group (P <0.05). The flow cytometry showed that the proportion of cells in G1 phase increased (P <0.05) and the proportion of S phase cells decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion All-trans retinoic acid can induce C6 glioma differentiation and significantly inhibit the proliferation of glioma cells, and its mechanism is related to the change of cell cycle.
