班主任是班级工作的组织者和领导者,担负着培养和塑造一个学生的人格的责任,肩负着提高国民素质的特殊使命。所以我们既要搞清楚后进生形成的原因,还要了解后进生的成长经历、生活环境,思想、兴趣、欢乐、苦恼等,这样才有利于做好后进生的转化工作。在转化过程中,班主任对后进生应经常观察,方法上应因人而异,因势利导。
The class teacher is the organizer and leader of the class work, shouldering the responsibility of cultivating and shaping the personality of a student, and shouldering the special mission of improving the quality of the nation. Therefore, we must not only understand the causes of the backward students, but also understand the growth experience, living environment, thoughts, interests, joys, distresses and so on, so as to be conducive to the succession transformation. In the conversion process, the class teacher should be frequently observed for future students, the method should vary from person to person, make the best use of the situation.
