目的分析手术器械纳入消毒供应中心进行集中处理的效果,以完善消毒流程,降低医院感染的发生。方法将手术室手术器械集中纳入到消毒供应中心进行管理,通过改变人员配置,完善工作流程、提高消毒供应中心工作人员操作技能、改善清洗方法及加强检测等逐渐落实。结果 2015年1~3月处理的2.04万件手术器械包,每件均进行质量检查。经随机抽查,放大镜监测等,消毒供应中心手术器械清洗质量目测合格率为100.0%,放大镜监测合格率为99.1%,改造后清洗工具选择错误、清洗时间不足、清洗监测首次不合格的情况较改造前均有所提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术器械集中管理有利于提高清洗质量和降低院感的发生,值得借鉴。
Objective To analyze the effect of surgical instruments into the disinfection supply center to improve the disinfection process and reduce the occurrence of nosocomial infections. Methods The operating room surgical instruments were intensively integrated into the disinfection supply center for management. By gradually changing the staffing, improving the workflow, improving the operation skills of disinfection supply center staffs, improving the cleaning methods and strengthening the testing, the methods were gradually implemented. Results The 20,400 surgical equipment kits handled from January to March 2015 were each quality checked. Random sampling, magnifying glass monitoring, disinfection supply center surgical instrument cleaning quality visual pass rate of 100.0%, magnifying glass monitoring pass rate of 99.1%, after the transformation of the cleaning tool selection error, lack of cleaning time, cleaning monitoring for the first time more unqualified than the transformation Before the increase, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Centralized management of surgical instruments is beneficial to improve the quality of cleaning and reduce the occurrence of nociception, which is worth learning from.
