为了解信访调查法实际应用的应答率及有关影响因素，探讨适合应用的靶人群特点，选择曾入院手术的女性乳腺癌病人，进行信访调查。单因素分析，居住地、年龄和职业对应答率产生影响。Ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ回归分析表明，３０－６０岁各年龄别、从事专业技术工作的人员对应答率产生正面的影响，而农民这个变量对应变量则产生负向影响。研究结果提示，对同质性高、人口学特点单一的靶人群信访，应答率可能较高
To understand the response rate of the actual application of the letters and visits survey method and related influencing factors, to explore the characteristics of target populations suitable for application, select female breast cancer patients who have been admitted to hospital for surgery, and conduct letters and visits investigations. Univariate analysis showed that the place of residence, age, and occupation had an impact on the response rate. Logistic regression analysis showed that people aged 30-60 years old and engaged in professional and technical work had a positive impact on the response rate, while the peasant variable had a negative effect on the variable. The results suggest that the response rate may be high for petitioners with high homogeneity and demographic characteristics.
