我厂电工魏可金同志在大搞土设备和改裝设备运动中,将原有电焊机加了些生鉄电阻,一台电焊机可以頂2～5台用,解决了我厂设备不足的困难。改进后的結构如图1,电路图如图2,电焊机内部不作任何改装,只在外面串接一个焊接变阻器。焊接变阻器是用生鉄电阻制成。調节电流大小是借联接电阻多少来完成。这台改裝后的多头电焊机,經长期使用証明,操作方便,使用正常。
