运用微磁学方法,研究了界面交换耦合强度对垂直取向FePt/α-Fe/FePt磁性三层膜的磁化反转过程的影响,得到成核场的解析公式.研究发现,成核场随界面交换耦合常数的增大而增大.尤其当软磁相厚度很小时,界面交换耦合作用对成核场的影响比较明显.通过数值计算,得到了不同交换耦合常数下的磁矩分布,发现界面处的磁矩角度出现跳跃.并且钉扎场随着软磁相厚度和界面交换耦合常数的增加而减小.
The influence of interfacial exchange coupling strength on the magnetization reversal process of perpendicularly oriented FePt / α-Fe / FePt magnetic three-layer film was studied by means of micro-magnetism method, and the analytic formula of nucleation field was obtained. It is found that the nucleation field varies with the interface Exchange coupling constant increases, especially when the thickness of the soft magnetic phase is small, the effect of the interface exchange coupling on the nucleation field is obvious. By numerical calculation, the magnetic moment distribution under different exchange coupling constants is obtained.
