目的：设计一种治疗口腔免疫损伤和厌氧菌感染制剂的处方和制备工艺，建立制剂的含量测定方法，并进行其初步临床应用。方法：参照类似产品设计处方，高效液相色谱法测定含量，选择口腔扁平苔藓患者进行临床观察。结果：本品口感较好，质量可控，临床治疗口腔扁平苔藓有效率为９６％，无明显副作用。结论：制剂口感较好，含量测定方法可靠，临床疗效较好。
OBJECTIVE: To design a prescription and preparation process for the treatment of oral immune injury and anaerobic infections, and to establish a method for the determination of the content of the preparation and to carry out its initial clinical application. Methods: With reference to similar product design and prescription, HPLC was used to determine the content, and oral lichen planus was selected for clinical observation. Results: This product is good taste, quality control, clinical treatment of oral lichen planus efficiency of 96%, no significant side effects. Conclusion: The preparation has good taste, reliable content determination and good clinical curative effect.
