高职院校较普通高等院校相比,最为显著的特点就是社会培养技能型的人才,但是高职院校中却面临着高职学生缺乏学习的积极性和主动性,学习成绩普遍比较差,教师上课的氛围也并不是非常的理想,这样的问题已经严重的影响了高职院校人才培养的质量。如何让学生的注意力转移到学习之中,营造一个积极向上好学的课堂氛围成为了每一个高职院校学生管理者的重要课题之一。本文主要对学生学习现状及原因进行了分析,并提出了学生积极性激励的一些措施。 Higher vocational colleges compared with ordinary colleges and universities, the most notable feature is the social training of skilled personnel, but vocational colleges are faced with the lack of enthusiasm and initiative of higher vocational students learning, academic performance is generally poor, The atmosphere of teachers in class is not very ideal, so the problem has seriously affected the quality of personnel training in higher vocational colleges.
