研究了SAF2205双相不锈钢在不同焊接工艺和层间温度下焊接接头的组织和力学性能。结果表明:在所采用的焊接工艺参数下,GTAW和SMAW均能得到合格的焊缝,GTAW获得的焊接接头的组织和相比例优于SMAW,冲击韧度高于SMAW。连续焊时得到的金相组织严重奥氏体化。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of SAF2205 duplex stainless steel welded joints under different welding conditions and interlayer temperatures were studied. The results show that both the GTAW and SMAW can obtain the qualified weld under the adopted welding process parameters. The microstructure and phase ratio of welded joints obtained by GTAW are better than SMAW and the impact toughness is higher than that of SMAW. Metallography obtained during continuous welding is severely austenitic.
