固定资产相对于其他资产一般单位价值较大,需要投入大量的资金,所以管理一旦失去控制,所造成的损失会远远超过其他的流动资产。为了维护国有资产的安全性,有效合理的利用固定资产,进一步更好的促进和保障其他各项事业的顺利发展,必须完善行政事业单位固定资产的管理制度,并予以执行。本文深入探讨了当前行政事业单位固定资产管理存在的问题,并针对性的提出了加强行政事业单位固定资产管理的对策措施。
Compared with other assets, fixed assets are of great value to the general units and need to invest a large amount of funds. Therefore, once the management is out of control, the losses caused by the fixed assets will far exceed those of other current assets. In order to safeguard the security of state-owned assets, use fixed assets effectively and reasonably, and further promote and ensure the smooth development of other undertakings, the management system of fixed assets in administrative units must be perfected and implemented. This article discusses in depth the existing problems of fixed asset management in administrative units and proposes some countermeasures to strengthen the administration of fixed assets in administrative units.
