目的:了解某基层医院处方质量情况,促进合理用药。方法:随机抽取某基层医院2013年1~12月门诊处方18000张,进行处方的合理性分析。结果:处方合格率为95.1%,不合格率为4.9%,其中不规范处方率为3.1%,用药不适宜处方率为1.7%,超常处方率为0.1%。结论:基层医院处方质量基本符合要求,说明两个《规范》实施切实有成效,但处方质量也有进一步提高的空间,医务科等职能部门应进一步加强监管,药师也应提高审核处方的能力,以保证处方质量和用药安全。
Objective: To understand the quality of prescriptions in a grassroots hospital and to promote rational drug use. Methods: 18000 outpatient prescriptions were randomly selected from a primary hospital from January to December in 2013 to analyze the rationality of prescriptions. Results: The passing rate of prescription was 95.1%, the unqualified rate was 4.9%, of which the non-standard prescription rate was 3.1%, the unfavorable prescribing rate was 1.7%, and the abnormal prescription rate was 0.1%. Conclusion: The quality of prescriptions in primary hospitals basically meets the requirements, indicating that the implementation of the two “standards” is effective but the quality of prescriptions is further improved. Functional departments such as medical departments should further strengthen their supervision and pharmacists should also improve their ability to audit prescriptions.
