新形势下,创新性人才培养是高职院校当下的重要任务。而构建实践育人体系是实现高职院校创新性人才培养目标的关键。本文在对创新人才培养的基本内涵及意义进行简要阐述的基础上,重点从优化和完善人才培养计划、建立定期抽查培训的制度、重视辅助培养计划的优化、完善高职大学生助推系统等四个方面探讨了创新人才培养的高职院校实践育人体系构建。
Under the new situation, the cultivation of innovative talents is an important task nowadays for higher vocational colleges. Constructing a system of practice and education is the key to achieving the goal of cultivating innovative talents in higher vocational colleges. Based on a brief exposition of the basic connotation and significance of innovation talents cultivation, this paper focuses on optimizing and perfecting talent cultivation plans, establishing regular checks and punctuations and training systems, emphasizing the optimization of auxiliary training plans and perfecting the promotion system of higher vocational college students On the one hand, it probes into the construction of practical education system in vocational colleges with innovative talents cultivation.
