为了提高低比速泵的效率,对一台80y—100单级流程泵进行了一系列试验。重新设计了叶轮,使泵效率提高3%。试验研究表明,影响低比速泵效率的主要因素是圆盘摩擦损失和容积损失。为此把前口环间泵密封改为机械密封,泵总效率提高1.8%;把后口环密封改为机械密封,泵总效率提高2.8%。把后口环改为机械密封,除基本消除泄漏、克服了口环以下后轮盘的圆盘摩擦损失提高泵效率外,可平衡轴向力、取消轴封装置。文中还提出了机械密封式平衡装置等可以显著提高泵效率、简化泵结构的方案。
In order to improve the efficiency of low specific speed pumps, a series of tests were carried out on an 80y-100 single-stage process pump. Redesigned impeller to increase pump efficiency by 3%. Experimental studies have shown that the main factors that affect the efficiency of low specific speed pumps are disc friction loss and volume loss. To this end the front ring between the pump seal into a mechanical seal, the pump total efficiency increased by 1.8%; the back port ring seal to mechanical seal, pump total efficiency increased 2.8%. After the mouth ring into a mechanical seal, in addition to the basic elimination of leakage, to overcome the friction ring after the following disk disc friction loss to improve pump efficiency, the balance of axial force, cancel the shaft seal device. The paper also proposed a mechanical seal balance device can significantly improve pump efficiency, simplify the pump structure program.
