今年,我国将继续施行积极的财政政策。发行国债是积极财政政策的重要内容。国债到期之后必然要兑付,为此,财政部发布2002年第1号公告,对2002年到期国债兑付有关事宜公告如下: 一、2002年到期国债品种及条件 （一）1997年向社会发行的5年期凭证式国债,从3月1日开始陆续到期还本付息,到期年利率为10.17％。
