碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)的可编性使其存在显著的各向异性,纤维的铺层方向对其整体性能有很重要的影响。通过选用4种不同纤维方向角的T700碳纤维复合材料单向层合板,采用斜角自由切削的方法进行铣槽试验。通过Kistler测力仪、Leica体式显微镜以及扫描电子显微镜对切削力和刀具磨损表面进行分析,得出刀具磨损机理和不同纤维方向下的刀具磨损规律。
Carbon fiber composites (CFRP) makes it there is a significant degree of anisotropy, the direction of the fiber laying on its overall performance has a very important impact. By selecting four kinds of T700 carbon fiber composite unidirectional laminates with four different fiber orientation angles, the groove milling test was carried out by the method of bevel free cutting. The cutting force and tool wear surface were analyzed by Kistler dynamometer, Leica body microscope and scanning electron microscope, and the wear mechanism of the tool and the tool wear in different fiber directions were obtained.
