铣削平面时,铣刀空行程,若无让刀机构,铣刀就会划伤表面。目前在组合机床设计中,铣削让刀机构设计在铣头主轴上,有气动、机械、液压三种形式。为了简化铣头结构,可利用刀体转位和弹簧复位的原理,设计自动让刀端铣刀,如图所示。自动让刀端铣刀由刀盘、盖板、可调刀组和让刀刀组等组成。可调刀组由调整螺钉1、刀垫3、刀片4、楔块6、15和双头螺栓5组成。调整螺钉1可使可调刀组作径向、轴向移动,形成阶梯铣刀。让刀刀组由刀体10、带孔刀片8、固定螺钉9、弹簧16、精削量调整螺钉17、销轴11、紧固螺钉12组成。让刀刀组吃刀时压缩弹簧;不吃刀时,弹簧复位,刀
