以磺胺二甲嘧啶为模板分子,分别用甲基丙烯酸和4乙烯基吡啶为功能单体,二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯为交联剂,采用牺牲硅胶法合成了磺胺分子印迹聚合物,通过静态吸附实验,系统研究了不同单体对聚合物识别性能的影响;Scatchard分析表明,以甲基丙烯酸为单体的聚合物具有较高的吸附能力,其离解常数Kd为959×10-4mol/L,最大表观结合位点数Qmax为3070μmol/g。
Sulfamethazine was used as a template molecule, and sulfonamides molecularly imprinted polymers were synthesized by sacrificial silica gel method using methacrylic acid and 4-vinylpyridine as functional monomers and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as cross-linking agent respectively. Static adsorption experiments were carried out to systematically study the effect of different monomers on the recognition performance of polymer. Scatchard analysis showed that the polymer with methacrylic acid as monomer has high adsorption capacity and the dissociation constant Kd was 959 × 10-4mol / L, the maximum number of apparent binding sites Qmax 3070μmol / g.
