1999年至2002年我院收治膝关节强直关节置换术5例,均取得满意效果,现将护理体会报告如下.1临床资料本组5例中男1例,女4例,最大68岁,均系关节炎引起关节强直,关节肿胀,疼痛,其中左侧4例,右侧1例,1例女性患者病史长达40余年,四肢关节活动不同程度受限,均行保留后交叉韧带人工全膝关节置换术,术后切口无1例感染、裂开,经积极功能锻炼,达到预期效果.
