作者采用FORTRAN语言进行振动筒压力传感器的特性曲线拟合和温度补偿,编制了全部程序。解算结果表明,传感器的非线性误差从6.3%减小到±0.05%,温度误差在测试点上得到了全补偿。该软件设计的程序简单、计算迅速、具有通用性,只要改变输入的原始数据就可得到任意振动筒压力传感器的待定常数。本程序也适用于数学模型相同的其它类型传感器,文中列出了源程序清单。
The author used FORTRAN language vibrating cylinder pressure sensor characteristic curve fitting and temperature compensation, the preparation of the entire program. The solution shows that the nonlinear error of the sensor is reduced from 6.3% to ± 0.05% and the temperature error is fully compensated at the test point. The software is designed to be simple, fast and versatile. The undetermined constant of any vibrating barrel pressure sensor can be obtained by simply changing the input raw data. This procedure is also applicable to other types of sensors with the same mathematical model, the article lists the source list.
