患者男,31岁.主因右颈部肿物7年来我院就诊.7年前患者无意中发现右颈部肿物,如小枣大小,无不适,未曾诊治.近1年来肿物增长明显,伴坠胀感,无呼吸及吞咽困难.查体:血压13.3/10.7 kPa,气管居中.右颈部下颌角下方触及一约4.0 cm×4.0 cm×2.5 cm大小的肿物,质硬,边界清,无压痛,不随吞咽上下移动。
