目的建立黄芩中的六六六(BHC)、滴滴涕(DDT)和五氯硝基苯(PNCB)3种农药残留量的毛细管气相色谱测定方法。方法样品采用丙酮-二氯甲烷为提取溶剂,以超声法提取,采用磺化法净化。检测使用弹性毛细管柱为分离柱,电子捕获检测器(ECD)检测。结果 3种成分在25min内得到良好的分离;两个色谱峰之间的分离度最小为1.57,峰与峰之间达到良好分离;该法中9个农药残留物组分的线性关系良好,其平均加样回收率为72.20%~116.18%,RSD值为0.55%~7.81%。结论该法准确,灵敏度高,易操作,重复性良好。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of three pesticide residues in Scutellaria baicalensis BHC, DDT and PNCB by capillary gas chromatography. Methods The samples were extracted with acetone-methylene chloride and extracted by sonication. The samples were purified by sulfonation. Detection using a flexible capillary column for the separation column, electron capture detector (ECD) detection. Results The three components were well separated within 25 min. The separation between the two chromatographic peaks was the minimum 1.57 and the peak-to-peak separation was good. The linear relationship of the nine pesticide residue components was good. The average The average recoveries ranged from 72.20% to 116.18% with RSD values of 0.55% -7.81%. Conclusion The method is accurate, sensitive, easy to operate and reproducible.
