目的探讨食管癌术后乳糜胸治疗方法选择。方法回顾性分析2000-10-2010-10间焦作市人民医院864例食管癌术后11例并发乳糜胸的临床资料。结果 11例中保守治疗2例,1例痊愈,1例死亡;手术治疗9例,均治愈。结论引流量>1 000ml/d,应积极采取手术治疗,500～800ml/d首选保守。 Objective To investigate the treatment of chylothorax after esophageal cancer surgery. Methods The clinical data of 864 patients with esophageal cancer and 11 patients with chylothorax after 2000-10-2010-10 Jiaozuo People’s Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results In 11 cases, 2 cases were treated conservatively, 1 case recovered and 1 case died. Surgical treatment was performed in 9 cases and all were cured. Conclusion Drainage> 1000ml / d, should be actively taken surgical treatment, 500 ~ 800ml / d preferred conservative.
